Culture
Culture: Because character matters and principles truly do make a difference
Like most organizations, the Zadoon Team came together from different backgrounds, work histories and life experiences. What has and continues, though, to bind us together is a deeply held belief in what we passionately call our Z-Culture.
Z-Culture is real for each employee of Zadoon because we all believed and were trying to live out the values long before we met one another.
Success will always be measured as a dual pursuit for us because of our desire to not just achieve material gain but to do so within the context of our convictions. It is with this approach that we hope to continue to grow our company and serve the needs of our customers and industry partners.
Vision - Developing the world, one person at a time, one machine at a time.
Mission - Cultivating meaningful domestic and international relationships through the purchase and sale of quality used heavy equipment.
Commitment to Relationships
As our corporate vision communicates, Zadoon is about developing the world, and that means developing people.
At Zadoon we have an opportunity to be involved in peoples lives where we live and work.
We are a positive influence in the communities we come in contact with - locally and around the world. We donate a portion of profits to initiatives that benefit the lives and communities where we live and work. More importantly, we are constantly building relationships.
Our hope is that all who come in contact with Zadoon - employees, customers, vendors, community members where we live and work - have a positive experience as a result of these relationships.
Core Values
Honesty. Honesty is essential to building trust among our team.
"Honesty is the first chapter in the book of wisdom" - Thomas Jefferson
Perseverance. Don't ever give up. Be willing to fail, and get up and fail again, and get up and fail again.
"Perseverance is the root of every accomplishment." - Author Unknown
"The best way out is always through." - Robert Frost
Authenticity. Be your true self, it's the most honest part of you anyway.
"Authenticity is the alignment of head, mouth, heart, and feet - thinking, saying, feeling, and doing the same thing - consistently. This builds trust, and followers love leaders they can trust." - Lance Secretan
Commitment. A shared commitment to the Company's goals, including our co-workers, customers, and broader communities.
"Individual commitment to a group effort - that is what makes a team work, a company work, a society work, a civilization work." - Vince Lombardi
Preparation. Give forethought to what you are doing. Living purposefully and intentionally takes preparation.
"Most people have the will to win, few have the will to prepare to win." - Bobby Knight
