Can I get an inspection report for a piece of equipment? You can request an inspection report for any piece of equipment, completed by one of our professionally certified mechanics. The cost of the inspection will vary depending on the specific equipment and its location. Request an inspection report here.
Can I have my own mechanic inspect the equipment or inspect the equipment myself? Absolutely. Upon request, Zadoon will help coordinate an in-person inspection visit.
Is the equipment for sale on Zadoon.com guaranteed? All of our equipment is sold “as is.” You may inspect the equipment in person and/or request that an inspection be done by one of our professionally certified mechanics.
How can I pay for equipment purchases? A cash funds wire transfer to the Zadoon-managed secure escrow account is the most common method of payment. Letters of credit may also be used to make payment, provided the seller agrees with the L/C terms.
Are there financing options available? We are sometimes able to provide low-interest financing for buyers through the financial institutions we partner with. Eligible international buyers may also receive financing through assistance by the Export-Import Bank of the United States. Contact Zadoon for additional information.
Do you ship equipment overseas? Yes. Zadoon can provide expert assistance in the export process.
How much do your transportation/export services cost? Our export assistance is a free service. We coordinate the transportation of the equipment through our affiliates and charge their fee to ship the machine. Shipping costs will vary depending on departure/arrival locations and weight and dimensions of the machine.
